Villa Riviera is a simply spectacular contemporary estate located in a truly exceptional spot overlooking the breathtaking bay of Cala Tarida, with its sparkling turquoise waters and affords guests the nightly spectacle of the world famous Ibizan sunsets over the mountains just to the left of the property. The house is just a short drive from renowned beautiful beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conte and you can enjoy the abundance of elegant beach clubs on offer. The picturesque village of San Jose is within easy reach and celebrates a lively cafe culture, as is the capital of the island Ibiza Town with its many dancing and dining destinations and San Antonio.
Beautifully finished and superbly equipped, Villa Riviera is supremely stylish throughout and the interior décor is of an exceptionally high standard, effortlessly combining traditional features with contemporary chic and luxury, an air of opulence abounds in each and every room. Splashes of colour from expertly chosen decorations, artworks and soft furnishings accentuate the neutral tones and contemporary chic is most certainly the order of the day here.
The sleeping arrangements:
On entry level you find two bedrooms, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom that opens onto the pool terrace and another double bedroom with views to the back of the property that uses the bathroom just outside in the hall.
As we move downstairs we have three further bedrooms.
One large suit with a queen four poster bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, this room opens onto the lower grounds of the property.
Then we have another two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower.
A 6th guest room has its own entrance and no access to the main villa. This room has an ensuite bathroom with shower and opens onto the pool terrace, perfect for those that prefer a little more privacy.
Outside, an array of tranquil spots are available to relax and soak up the sunshine, or seek shade in the covered chillout areas.
You will also find a delightful super-sized infinity pool that incorporates a jacuzzi area for 12 people that's surrounded with terraces and lawn areas.
At the end of the pool a covered chill-out surrounded with water feature and fountains make for the perfect place to read a book or relax and gaze out to the sea and enjoy Ibiza’s unique atmosphere.
In the evenings enjoy entertaining family and friends in the covered dining area complete with BBQ, sea view and outdoor cinema.
